Return, Exchange & Shipping Policies
You may return unused items within 30 days of purchase for a full refund. If 30 days has passed since your purchase, unfortunately we cannot offer you a refund or exchange. Only items that have been unworn and unused will be eligible for a return, and must be in the original condition in which you received it. Shipping costs on a return are provided by the customer. If the return is based on an error of Roam Around Wear, we will pay the shipping. You MUST include a copy of the original invoice or a note with the order number in your return.
You will be notified by email when Roam Around Wear receives and processes your refund. Please allow time for us to receive your return, 1-2 business days for to process the return and the time it takes your bank to process the refund (typically 7-10 business days).

Roam Around Wear recommends using a trackable shipping method to return items. We cannot be held responsible for items that do not make it back to us.
Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
If you need to return an item for a different size, you are responsible for shipping costs. Please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org to arrange an exchange. To be eligible for an exchange, the product must be unused, unworn and in the original condition in which it was received. The exchange must be completed within 30 days of the original purchase.
We ship all orders in 1-2 business days via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment. We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
