Return, Exchange & Shipping Policies

30-Day Return Period:
We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, you may return the item(s) within 30 days from the date of purchase for a refund, exchange, or store credit, subject to the conditions outlined below.

Conditions for Returns:

  • The item(s) must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition as received.
  • Original tags and packaging must be intact and included with the returned item(s).
  • Proof of purchase is required for all returns. Note: we can not return a Roam item that was purchased through one of our wholesale partners.
  • Returns must be initiated within the 30-day return period to qualify for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

Exclusions:
Please note that Roam Spirit items are excluded from our return policy. Due to the customization of these items, we are unable to accept returns, exchanges, or provide refunds for Roam Spirit products. We are not responsible for any errors made by the customer during checkout.

How to Initiate a Return:

  1. Contact us by email at roamaroundwear@gmail.com within the 30-day return period to initiate the return process.
  2. Provide your order number and details of the item(s) you wish to return.
  3. We will provide you with further instructions on how to return the item(s).

Refunds:
Once your return is received, the refund will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe.

Exchanges:
If you wish to exchange an item, please contact us by email at roamaroundwear@gmail.com to arrange for the exchange. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Store Credit:
In cases where a refund is not applicable or preferred, we offer store credit as an alternative option. Store credit will be issued for the amount of the returned item(s) and can be used towards future purchases.

Shipping Policy:
We ship all orders in 1-2 business days via USPS. A tracking number will be provided to you upon shipment.  We currently ship to addresses in the United States only.
